Martina is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and joined Cleveland Scott York in September 2024, working closely with Peter Houlihan and Isabel Moya.
Martina has experience in offering IP protection to clients and has experience in both working for both local start-ups and multinational corporations specialised in a wide-range of business fields, assisting clients in the filing, protection and enforcement of their trade mark portfolios.
Prior to joining Cleveland Scott York, Martina worked in various London-based IP practices as both a trainee and paralegal.
Originally from Sorrento in Italy, Martina is able to communicate and connect with clients in Italian. In her free time, Martina enjoys travelling, reading and exploring new restaurants.
