ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard.  Cleveland Scott York has long striven to deliver high quality work for its clients.  Adherence to the ISO 9001 standard means that we now also apply a systematic audit-based approach to reviewing all of our systems to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.

The firm successfully completed its last audit in February 2024.

Cyber Essentials is a government-backed IT Security standard designed to help businesses guard themselves against cyber threats.  Cyber Essential Plus builds on the basic level by adding a hands-on technical verification of systems by external assessors.

The IASME Cyber Assurance Standard builds on the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, and sets a high standard of IT and Data Security designed for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.  Cleveland Scott York holds the IASME Cyber Assurance Level 2 accreditation, which means that it has had on-site auditing, and provides a similar level of assurance to the internationally recognised ISO 27001.
