At Cleveland Scott York, we’ve been closely monitoring and evaluating the impact of COVID-19 on our people, our clients and our business operations.

We want to reassure you that we are prepared as a business. We have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place and each of our locations is taking the appropriate action to minimise disruption to our operations.

We have invested heavily in modern technology over recent years and the majority of our staff are now working from home, using our large-scale remote working technology. We can continue to provide full operational services including telephone calls on all our usual numbers.

We now face restricted access to our offices which may restrict delivery of paper mail. We ask that you hold off on sending paper mail to our offices. Effective today (24 March 2020), please exclusively use electronic mail so that we may ensure the timely processing of your instructions and payments. Please do not follow up with confirmation paper copies by mail or courier unless we require an original document. We will advise when an original is needed, and let you know where to send it.

We will continue to assess the situation and update this notice if there is any change in our approach.
