Laura supports a number of trade mark attorneys and is involved in filing and prosecuting trade mark applications through to registration in all jurisdictions around the world, including the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO. She undertakes in-use investigations, prepares quotes for clients, is involved in the monitoring and enforcement of trade marks and assists with conducting clearance searches.
Laura has significant experience in the filing of worldwide trade mark filing programmes up to registration, regularly liaising with foreign attorneys, as well as in filing and progressing oppositions including the preparation of evidence. She is involved in the management of large global trade mark portfolios and supports the relationship between the client and the trade mark attorneys.
