On the 27th February 2024 the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) issued a decision on priority rights of Community Designs in the EU.
The UK left the EU on 31st January 2020 with the transition period ending on 31st December 2020. From 1st January 2021, EU design regulations were no longer in force in the UK, posing several questions.
On 29 March 2019, the UK is scheduled to leave the EU. Negotiations are ongoing between the UK government and EU regarding their post-Brexit relationship.
