Emma is a trainee trade mark attorney in Cleveland Scott York’s London office, working closely with Lorna Hobbs, Peter Houlihan, and Sian Evans.
She assists in preparing, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, including liaising with the UKIPO and EUIPO, and supports with all stages of opposition proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma worked in the sports communications sector, working on coverage of high-profile sporting events, including the Tour de France and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Originally hailing from the Netherlands, Emma speaks fluent Dutch. Outside of the office, Emma enjoys running, reading, and trying new recipes from all around the world.
Joined the firm in 2024.
